Super Food Complex, this product is a pure yeast strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae grown in solutions of cane molasses and pure beet under the most rigidly controlled sanitary conditions, resulting in a uniform product of the best possible quality. It is an inactive and completely non-fermentable food yeast. Its golden color results from the deep yellow of natural riboflavin. This product is easily dispersed in liquids and has a very mild and pleasant taste that lacks odor or harsh taste. This yeast is not obtained as a by-product of any other process or manufacture. It is “cultivated primary” for human consumption.
